2009 Season Hunt Summary

This was another great year. Ed killed another bear this year. Frank Derek and Al from New York both killed bear on their first bear hunt. Wayne killed his first bear with his bow. Don killed another bear this year. First week we saw eight, killed six, and missed one bear.

Second week John, Michael, William, Lyle, and Dan were back again. This year William killed another. Mike Pease in his wheel chair killed a 170 lb bear. That week we saw four, and killed two.

The third week Tom and Mark were back again for their hound hunt. Both went home with bear. Jeremiah shot his first bear with a bow. Bill Sr. and Jr. both went home again with bear. John and his 12 year old son John Jr. went back to Pennsylvania with two nice bear. That week we saw ten, killed seven, and missed two.

The fourth week Tom from Tennessee was back again and brought his dad. This time his dad killed his first bear. Tom saw a sow and cubs. Joel let one bear go because he forgot his primer for his muzzleloader. John T. shot another bear on the last day. We saw ten bear, and killed two that week.
